Delivery Timelines:
- Standard Delivery time is 4 to 5 business day but there may be delay due to invalid address, custom clearance.
- Standard Processing time is 1 to 2 business day.

Pre-paid orders:
Free standard shipping on all orders above 100$. A charge of 20$ to 30$ will be incurred on purchases that do not exceed the 100$ free shipping threshold. All orders are delivered within 4 to 5 business days, excluding Sunday’s and major holidays.
Holiday Shipping information:
Please note that when placing your online orders for delivery during the Holiday season (e.g. Eid Al-Fitr, Eid Al-Adha, Hijri Day, National Day), shipments may experience additional processing days. (Delivery span will be processing period 1 to 2 days + Public holiday period)
